You must be logged in as an administrator to continue. Please provide a username and password with the appropriate access rights.

If you do not have an e-mail address or MSHP does not have your e-mail address on file, please contact the MSHP Secretary at secretary@mshptx.org or 214-823-7152 to receive your username and password.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, then enter your username or email address in the space provided and click Retrieve Password. Your username and password will be sent to the email address on file.

Only MSHP members with an active (paid) membership are eligible to login to the site. If your membership dues are paid to date, then an account is already setup for you. Enter your email address and click Retrieve Password to have your temporary password emailed to you. (We must have your correct Email Address on file.)
